Live Virtual Classes, Camps and Workshops
Live Virtual Classes, Camps or Workshops are identified as such in the course description. By purchasing a course you understand that the course delivery will be via video conferencing.
Refund Policy for Multi-Day Classes, Camps and Workshops
A pro-rated refund of the tuition fee for a course is only available when dropping the course by the second day of classes, provided that only up to a third of the course time has been completed by that time. No course refunds will be granted thereafter. When dropping from a course that includes student material that was shipped to the customer, all student materials received from Creative Brain Learning or its authorized agent must be returned to Creative Brain Learning at the customer's expense before a full refund can be issued. A transfer into a different class may be available at no charge, provided the course tuition fee amount is the same. In the event of a transfer into a course with a higher tuition fee, the difference shall become payable. In the event of a transfer into a course with a lower tuition fee amount, customer may use the difference as credit towards another course or purchase, or request a refund for the difference.
Refund Policy for Lessons and drop-in classes
A refund or credit for lessons, tutoring sessions or drop-in classes is only available for sessions in the future per established student cancelation policies. A refund is not available for sessions that the customer or child has attended. Any refund and cancelation policies specific to a particular course or program supersede these general policies.
Class Cancelation Policy
Creative Brain Learning reserves the right to cancel any course, class, camp or workshop without notice. In the case of cancelation, the full course fee will be refunded to the customer, and customer shall have no other claim against Creative Brain Learning for canceling a program, course, class, camp, lesson, workshop, etc. This limits Creative Brain's liability.
Self-Paced Courses
Self-Paced Courses are classes that do not include Live Virtual Sessions. Content is accessible to the enrolled student at any time. Refunds will be available within 30 days of purchase, provided none of the class resources have been accessed or downloaded.
Use of Terms
"Course", "Class", "Camp", "Program" refer to any multi-day course of study offered on this website and are completely interchangeable.
